A Man Called Ove, which was recently shortlisted for Best Foreign Language Film at the 89th Academy Awards, has now been shortlisted in the Make-Up & Hairstyling category.

Love Larson, who shares the honour of being shortlisted with Eva von Bahr, told Aftonbladet: “Most don’t realise how much makeup Rolf Lassgård wore. But he’s covered in silicone prosthesis, from his eyelids to the back of his head… It took two and a half hours every morning to apply Ove’s makeup to Rolf.”
