Ben Stiller To Direct Jo Nesbø London Movie

Ben Stiller (Zoolander) is set to direct London, a movie adaption of an unpublished short story thriller by bestselling crime writer Jo Nesbø. The script is written by Academy Award winner Eric Roth (Forrest Gump) with Oscar Isaac (Dune) to star.
Jo Nesbø’s agent, Niclas Salomonsson, told Dagbladet: “I am incredibly pleased and proud that Jo’s amazing story has landed in the right hands. We couldn’t be in safer hands or more honoured to have these incredible talents on board.”
“London is one of the short stories in an upcoming short story collection from Jo Nesbø. It is the first short story in the collection that we have chosen to present to the film industry.”
Although best known for directing big screen comedies such as Tropic Thunder and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Ben Stiller was nominated for an Emmy and presented with an award by the Directors Guild Of America for his work on the Showtime thriller Escape At Dannemora.
