Bill Skarsgård To Lead Dark Comedy Thriller Villains

Bill Skarsgård (IT) is set to star alongside Maika Monroe (It Follows) in Villains, a darkly comedic thriller written and directed by Dan Berk and Robert Olsen (The Stakelander).

Villains follows a pair of amateur criminals who break into a suburban home, and stumble upon a young girl chained up in the basement. However, the two sadistic homeowners will do anything to make sure that their dark secret remains hidden.

Skarsgård is best known for his role as Pennywise The Clown in Andy Muschietti’s recent remake of IT, and will next appear in Castle Rock for Hulu which will unite the entire Stephen King universe.
