Follow The Money Filming Halted By Masked Thugs

DR News reports that filming for the third season of Follow The Money (Bedrag) was brought to an abrupt halt in Farum on Friday by a group of masked thugs who threatened the team and damaged an Audi production car.

A statement by North Zealand Police said that a group of 10-15 youths behaved in a threatening manner towards the production team, but had dispersed before officers arrived on the scene so no arrests were made at that time.

Deputy Inspector Per Thuesen said: “It’s an episode that we take seriously. We will be sure to keep an eye on the area… because citizens should be able to move around the area in safety and work in peace.”

Further filming is scheduled for Follow The Money season three but it is not yet known when it will resume. However, it is slated to premiere on DR1 in the New Year and there is currently no reason to suggest that it will be delayed.
