In season three, Sonja (Alexandra Rapaport) is out of jail and has begun a new life in safety away from the world that cost so many their lives. Along with her new love John, she has built her dream home and can at last leave her turbulent and painful past behind her.
But despite wanting to keep the family out of criminal circles, the children have all made decisions with fatal consequences, and Sonja is once again drawn back into a world of violence to save them.
Alexandra Rapaport says: “This season is even tougher than before. Sonja’s struggle to make a life for herself and her family meets even more resistance than ever.”
Season three of Gåsmamman, written by Camilla Ahlgren & Martin Asphaug and directed by Richard Holm, premieres September 28th on C More and will air on Kanal 5 in Spring 2018.
