Heartless Added To Walter Presents UK Line Up

Hit Danish supernatural thriller Heartless has been added to the Walter Presents UK line up. It has not been announced whether it will air on one of Channel 4’s broadcast channels or be available on the VOD service All4 only.

In Heartless, siblings Sofie and Sebastian carry a dark and fatal secret. In order to survive they must feed on the life force of other people, and if they do not stop in time then their sacrifice will burn up. Sofie and Sebastian’s search for answers as to why they are the way that they are leads them to the gloomy boarding school Ottmannsgaard, which is under the control of strict headmaster Just and ruthless alpha male Ditlev.

At the boarding school a new life begins for the siblings, but they both struggle with their emotions as they experience their first serious love affairs, whilst also having to resist their urges to suck energy from the other students. But Sofie and Sebastian are not the only ones at Ottmannsgaard who carry a dark secret… one that goes back to the year 1666 involving sin and forgiveness, life and death, and love and mystical powers. It might also be the answer that Sofie and Sebastian are looking for.

The Nordic line up for Walter Presents in the UK now consists of Heartless, The Team, Blue Eyes, Thicker Than Water, Acquitted and Dicte.
