Football coach Helena faces new challenges. Shortly before the season’s first match against Rosenborg, she tries to get in touch with Camilla. Varg is in financial crisis, and Sports Director Espen is working desperately to save the club.

Adrian is called up to the national team and Helena is an expert in the studio during his debut match but her uncompromising style doesn’t earn her any friends. The team cracks when the truth about the club’s finances comes out.

An away match in the cup proves to be more difficult than Helena had imagined. Espen is trying to repair the unity in the divided squad and that’s easier said than done.

Varg is on the verge of bankruptcy, so Helena and Espen must make tough choices to save the future of the club.

Rosenborg has its eye on Varg’s star player, Adrian, so Helena resorts to dubious measures to disrupt the transfer window. Michael is forced into an unpleasant confrontation with Marianne.

Helena wants the team in the cup final, which forces her to make an unpopular decision. Camilla finds out that she is pregnant – a discovery that knocks her completely off course.
