Lyckoviken Season Three Set For December

The drama continues as best-selling author Camilla Läckberg’s hit series Lyckoviken returns to Viaplay for its third season on 12th December with more intrigue, more romances and another murder mystery in the small coastal town of Hammarvik.

Camilla Läckberg said: “The drama continues at a high pace in Hammarvik, and I can promise that there will be both unexpected romances and exciting new intrigues. It’s so incredibly fun to work with this script and to see the story come to life thanks to an absolutely fantastic team both in front of and behind the camera.”

Several previous cast members will return, including Martin Stenmarck as Danne and Disa Östrand as Johanna. However, there are also some new names, such as Vincent Grahl as a young police officer who soon finds that he has many admirers, and Ing-Marie Carlsson as Nettan’s mother Anki, who Nettan reluctantly lets move in with her and Tony.

Ing-Marie Carlsson said: “Anki drives Nettan crazy and forces her son-in-law Tony to obey her every word. I loved doing this role, a terrible person in many ways while still trying to make her relatable. I had great fun with my lovely colleagues and discovered just how much of my ability to quickly study the script and deliver remained from my soap time on Tre Kronor.”

Lyckoviken season three comprises eight episodes and premieres 12th December on Viaplay across the Nordic region.
