1. The Fire That Burns
Just a few days before the opening of Almedal Week there is an explosion at a hotel in Visby and a party leader disappears without trace. Maria Wern and her colleagues are on the case, but things becomes more complicated than they could possibly imagine.

2. Ripples On The Water
A plane on its way from Visby is forced to land after one of its passengers is mysteriously taken ill, but it turns out that he is not the man he was thought to be. Maria Wern investigates and is soon on the trail of a disappearance with Russian connections.

3. Wisdom In The Wind
The police are in a race against the clock after a bomb threat at a local high school, and Maria Wern is affected by the case on a personal level when she discovers that her son, Emil, knows more about the investigation than she does.

4. Jord ska du åter vara
A young woman is found dead and the case seems to be linked to two previous murders on Gotland. However, the case becomes personal for Maria Wern as she is forced to confront a personal trauma from many years before.
