Mila Kunis and Bryan Cranston In Jo Nesbø Remake

Mila Kunis (That 70s Show) and Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad) are on board for a Hollywood remake of 2011 Norwegian action comedy Arme Riddere, based on a story by Jo Nesbø. Jennifer Garner (Alias) is also rumoured to be in talks for the project.

The remake called Jackpot, which was also the international title of the original, will be directed by Will Gluck (Easy A) and written by Dave Callaham (The Expendables).

The plot summary on IMDB reads: “Four guys win a jackpot over a million dollars, but when it comes to dividing it up, things get bloody.”

Jackpot will be looking for pre-sales at Cannes 2016, and production is scheduled to begin this summer.
