Netflix Drops Ragnarok Season Two Trailer

Netflix has released a trailer for the second season of Ragnarok, a Norwegian coming-of-age drama in which a 17 year-old high school student learns that an ancient and powerful enemy holds the entire town in its grip.
In Ragnarok season two, the conflict gets tougher, evil gets more focused, and the choices ever more desperate. In the midst of all this, Magne is faced with the fundamental question: how far are you willing to go in order to save your family?
Magne has to accept that now that he’s ready for battle, his enemies are too many and too strong. Is there anyone who shares his supernatural powers and can he find them in time? And what will happen when he discovers that his little brother Laurits is also quite exceptional, but has a very different world view to Magne?
The cast includes David Stakston (Magne), Danu Suntharasigamany (Iman), Jonas Strand Gravli (Laurits), Theresa Frostad Eggesbø (Saxa), Herman Tømmeraas (Fjor), Emma Bones (Gry), Henriette Steenstrup, Odd-Magnus Williamson, Synnøve Macody Lund, Bjørn Sundquist and Gísli Örn Garðarsson.
Comprising six episodes, Ragnarok season two is written by Adam Price (Borgen) and premieres 27th May 2021 on Netflix.
