Noomi Rapace To Join Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan

Noomi Rapace (the Girl With The Dragon Tattoo) is set to join the second season of Amazon’s forthcoming series Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, which stars John Krasinski in the title role.

Set to launch 31st August on Amazon Prime Video, the first season follows Jack Ryan (John Krasinski) as he uncovers a pattern in terrorist communication that launches him into the center of a dangerous gambit with a new breed of terrorism that threatens destruction on a global scale.

When the series returns for its second season, Jack Ryan is in South America where he confronts the forces in power of a dangerous, declining democratic regime. There he meets Harriet ‘Harry’ Baumann (Noomi Rapace), a cunning and charming agent from Germany’s secret intelligence.

Season two begins production this summer in Europe, South America and the United States.
