NRK Confirmed For A Shocking Second Exit

NRK has ordered a second season of Exit, a shocking comedy-drama about the Norwegian financial sector based on real-life experiences.
From their glass skyscraper, Adam (Simon Berger), William (Pål Sverre Hagen), Henrik (Tobias Santelmann), and Jeppe (Jon Øigarden) feel like they rule Oslo’s financial sector. But behind the dazzling veneer, these 30-somethings who have it all are desperately trying to escape their lives through drugs and prostitution, and in so doing challenge their own moral compass.
Executive producer, Petter Testmann-Koch, said: “Øystein Karlsen began writing in October and it will follow the same four guys from season one, based on true stories from the financial community where we conducted further interviews this autumn.”
“We have said before that reality really does surpass fiction, and this season will show an even wider range of how far that reality goes. There will be a greater focus on women in that environment this time, but the stories won’t be any milder or hotter as a result.”
Exit season two will begin filming in 2020 and is expected to air in 2021.
