Strong Scandinavian Line-Up For Prix Europa 2017

Prix Europa (14 – 20 October), has announced 24 nominations from across Europe to compete for Best TV Fiction, which includes Before We Die (Innan vi dör), Follow The Money (Bedrag), and Valkyrien.
The festival is an annual forum which aims to highlight the latest in media trends and support continental distribution. It has grown into Europe’s largest festival for Television, Radio and the Online Media since its inception in 1987, due its alliance with 19 European media organisations, as well as the European Commission and the European Broadcasting Union.
Hosted by broadcaster rbb (Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg), the European Broadcasting Festival takes place at Haus des Rundfunks in Berlin and the winner of the Prix Europa 2017 will be awarded a bronze Taurus Trophy on 20th October. It has previously been won by Viva Hate in 2015 and Trapped (Ófærð) in 2016.
