Susanne Bier To Direct Post-Apocalyptic Thriller

Susanne Bier (The Night Manager) is set to direct the movie Bird Box, a thriller set in a near future where a mysterious alien force has driven mankind to violence.

The movie, written by Eric Heisserer based on a short story by Josh Painter Mann, follows a woman (Sandra Bullock) and two children on a a perilous journey along a river in a post-apocalyptic world.
