The Hundred Year Old Man Now Ready For A Sequel

Felix Herngren’s Hundred Year Old Man Who Climbed Out The Window And Disappeared is the biggest Swedish film of all time, grossing $50 million worldwide, and is now set for a sequel with Mans Herngren as co-director.

The 100 Year Old Man 2, written by Hans Ingemansson, continues the story a year after the first film ends, with Allan Karlsson and his friends still in Bali. His next adventure takes him around the World and back to Sweden during which he is chased by the CIA, a Balinese debt collector and a soft drink company.

Eva von Bahr and Love Larson have been nominated for an Oscar in the category of Best Make-Up & Hairstyling for their work on The Hundred Year Old Man. The awards ceremony takes place on February 28th 2016 at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
