The Hundred Year Old Man Shortlisted For Make-Up Oscar

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has announced that The Hundred Year Old Man Who Climbed Out The Window And Disappeared has been shortlisted for the Makeup and Hairstyling category of the 88th Academy Awards.

On January 9th 2016, members of the Academy’s Makeup Artists and Hairstylists Branch will view 10 minute excerpts from each of the shortlisted films, and vote for the final three films to compete at the Oscars.

The Hundred Year Old Man faces competition from: Black Mass, Concussion, Legend, Mad Max, Mr. Holmes, and The Revenant.

The 88th Academy Awards ceremony will take place on February 28th 2016 at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles at 5:30 p.m. PST / 8:30 p.m. EST.
