Thomas Bo Larsen Stars In New Pigs & Porn Drama

Thomas Bo Larsen (Follow The Money) stars as a porn director in Viaplay’s new ten-part drama about pigs, lies and forbidden fruit, Veni Vidi Vici, written and directed by Rafael Edholm (Mörkt Vatten) .

Karsten Daugaard (Thomas Bo Larsen) is a Danish film director going through a rough patch. His films are getting bad reviews, and at home he is dominated by his wife Jonna (Livia Millhagen).

Reluctantly accepting his fate, Karsten accepts a real job at his father-in-law’s (Michael Segerström) organic pig farm. However, he is eventually saved by old friend and producer Vincent (Rafael Edholm) who offers him a way back into the film industry… as a porn director.

Thomas Bo Larsen said in a press release: “It is one of the most emotional roles I’ve played for a long time. He is an ordinary man who longs to be a great artist. And that longing turns his life into a nightmare, but it also helps him find a way to his Holy Grail”.

Veni Vidi Vici premieres April 13th on Viaplay.
